Can CPR be performed on the Evacuation HoverJack?

Yes. Chest compressions are just as effective on the Evacuation HoverJack as compared to compressions done on a hard ground surface.  Please be advised that compressions will only be effective if all chambers are fully inflated (hard to the touch).  Effective compressions with only one, two, or three chambers is possible, but each chamber must be fully inflated (hard to the touch).
